The Regionals are in Jacksonville Florida.  We are going to field one team that will compete and do their best to qualify for the CrossFit Games in Aromas, Ca in July.  Mark your calendars and let us know if you are interested in trying out for the team.  3 Males and 3 females.  Here are some details.
